Assigned an existing portfolio of customer relationships in diverse industry sectors will enable you to learn a lot about companies in different industries. You will be expected to develop deeper relationships with these customers to maximise our share of customers' total business while acquiring and developing new customer relationships wherever opportunities arise.
Along with sound commercial banking and credit skills, the job requires a strong awareness and understanding of the different businesses and how the Bank can partner to assist in their development. We expect our Vice Presidents to deliver excellent banking services and to integrate our services into their customers' strategic business development processes.
We are, therefore, looking for talent from varied disciplines such as marketing, business development and general management, and from a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing and service-based businesses.
A key requirement is that our Vice Presidents will be totally customer-driven and have a proactive approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
