Our rapidly developing business has four functions:
Client Management - Consisting of three key teams, this
area focuses on delivering high quality services to clients. The
Business Implementation Team leads the implementation of
cash management solutions and provides consultancy advice
to clients across Asia Pacific, ensuring that solutions are
delivered in a consistent and professional manner. Our Client
Service Team offers a single point of contact for a client's entire
cash management and banking needs, providing professional
advice, training and guidance on the usage of our products and
services to improve their business processes. Finally a Technical
Implementation Team supports clients' technical needs with e-delivery and other technical tools.
Market Development - Market Development serves to highlight
HSBC's commitment and investment in cash management
products and services demanded by customers, the technology
trend towards multiple channel access and PCM's regional
presence across 20 countries and territories. The Market
Development Team devise strategies to enhance and execute
marketing initiatives related to Sales, Product Management and
Client Management and strengthen the positioning of PCM.
All the efforts of the team are intended to reinforce HSBC's
leadership in the cash management industry.
Product Management - We continually invest in cash
management products and services to enhance our clients'
working capital management and meet the evolving needs
of their business. This team is responsible for understanding
customer needs then translating them into innovative solutions
by developing new or enhanced products. In this area, you will
have the opportunity to manage a product, to be responsible
for market management and all aspects of the product life
cycle, from original idea through commercial implementation, to
ongoing profit and loss management.
Sales - Supported by experienced industry sector specialists
located in 20 countries and territories across the region, our
sales team uses a consultative approach to understand clients'
domestic, regional and global needs, then develops tailored
solutions and advice to meet these needs with a broad spectrum
of cash management products and services.
Training and Development
Our Training and Development team is responsible for one thing:
maximising the potential of all our staff. We provide customised
training courses to simulate real-life scenarios, equipping our
cash management specialists with the necessary tools to handle
everyday situations ranging from internal presentations to high
performance selling skills.
We service all of the teams within Payments and Cash
Management, ensuring each team has the required skills
and knowledge to exceed our customers' expectations while
