Global Markets Operations

Global Markets Operations, which provides operational support to Global Banking and Markets division, is the largest dealing room in Asia outside Japan. In Operational Development team, we play a key role in driving global/ regional and local projects for achieving the business strategy and operational excellence. With continuous business growth and global development, we now invite experienced manager who looks for challenging opportunity for your career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage different operations projects, including Asia-Pacific regional initiatives, global operations infrastructure and platform initiatives, operational risk control and assessment, process re-engineering with Six-Sigma
• Co-ordinate with key stakeholders for IT projects implementation in Asia-Pacific, budget management on IT expenditure
• Lead the respective operations and IT teams to go through business case evaluation, project initiation/ definition, gap analysis, testing and trial run, conversion and post-implementation support
• Communicate with key business partners, such as with front office, finance, risk control to derive an optimal solution for the business

Requirements

• Highly motivated leader with hands-on knowledge on treasury products and trade life cycle
• At least eight years' treasury experience, of which four years at management level and in project management
• Highly influential with good presentation skills and interpersonal skills, effective management
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Candidate with less experience/ exposure may be considered at the next level
