We are now offering exceptional career opportunities and now invite an experienced individual to join as our Client Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of cash management solutions and provide consultancy advice across the Asia Pacific region
  • Understand clients' business process and requirements so as to formulate a sound implementation approach or plan
  • Work closely with the Regional Treasurers and Financial Controllers for top tier corporate and institutional clients with regional operations, implementing PCM services that vary from simple domestic solutions to complex multiple country product deals
  • Proactively identify cross-sale opportunities by working closely with ASP PCM Sales and Products Teams and other business lines in closing deals
  • Provide value-added client services to strengthen Group relationship

Requirements

  • University graduate with a relevant business degree
  • Solid project management skills and attention to details
  • Confident, analytical and independent work-style
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
  • Minimum of seven years' working experience in banking with a strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank's products, services, systems, procedures and operations
