Personal Financial Services - Retail Banking

Beginning your career in our retail banking provides a solid foundation for your future in the dynamic Personal Financial Services business, and the flexible development opportunities that we offer can allow movement to other areas of the branch and to other divisions in the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch management in delivering a high standard of professional service, including value-added after-sales service, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Greet and welcome all walk-in customers and establish a good rapport with them
• Actively assist in managing the bank hall environment, including platforms and queues
• Proactively refer potential customers to other sales staff

Requirements

• A university degree holder with 1 to 2 years' customer service experience, or a non-degree holder with three years' relevant experience
• Service-oriented and cheerful with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Customer-centric and independent with good interpersonal, communication and complaint handling skills
• Knowledge of banking products and service
• Fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
