Personal Financial Services - Retail Banking


HSBC's Personal Financial Services - Retail Banking continues to provide excellent service and sales to our customers. As their first point-of-contact, our branch staff are our most important asset in servicing our customers needs, thereby maintaining our reputation for quality sales and service. Exciting new opportunities have arisen for proactive and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Wealth Management Manager. You will be responsible to strive on achieving the highest standard of implementation of wealth management strategy and the achievement of insurance and investment business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the branch's sales and service goals by exploring business opportunities in insurance and investment products arising from mid- and mass-segment customers
  • Implement our wealth management strategy by proactively planning, prioritising and executing sales with a focus on life insurance and investment products
  • Analyse customers' needs for life insurance and investment products and ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and service received
  • Provide efficient and high quality professional service and build good customer relationships
  • Identify customers' needs and refer them to other bank colleagues as necessary to ensure that customers' needs are fulfilled

Requirements

  • University graduate with 2 to 3 years' sales and service experience, preferably in the financial service industry, or a non-degree holder with 6 to 7 years' sales and service experience
  • Good knowledge of wealth management products
  • Sound sales and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Licensed to sell insurance and investment products
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
