Personal Financial Services - Retail Banking


HSBC's Personal Financial Services (PFS) retail banking continues to provide excellent service and sales opportunities to our customers. As their first point-of-contact, our branch staff are our most important asset in servicing our customers needs, thereby maintaining our reputation for quality sales and service. We are now looking for Senior Wealth Management Manager to lead a team of Wealth Management Managers and contribute to target setting, sales activity management, coaching so as to ensure the highest standard of implementation of wealth management strategy and the achievement of insurance & investment business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve targets and key performance indicators on activity, sales and persistency by monitoring team performance, supervising team to explore business opportunities from mid and mass customer segment, and meeting your own sales target
  • Provide direction and coaching to team to ensure provision of the highest level of customer service and the achievement of quality business objectives
  • Develop appraisal functions to retain a team of high quality and cost effective sales people
  • Assist to formulate and implement sales plans
  • Work with team to resolve customer complaints and complex queries

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least five year of work experience in financial sales including three years or more sales management experience
  • Possesses good knowledge of all wealth management products including insurance and investment
  • Should be licensed for selling MPF, insurance and investment products
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with good influencing and leadership skills
  • Jobholder should possess strong technical knowledge, good selling and presentation skills, commercial-orientation, strong management skills, excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Putonghua preferred
  • Certified Financial PlannerCM qualification is preferable
