Personal Financial Services - Retail Banking


At HSBC, we're expanding our retail banking outlets to extend all-round, one-stop service so as to exceed the expectations of our customers at all levels. Aligned with this expansion, we are now looking to make key branch management appointments by identifying strong leaders who will oversee and drive all aspects of sales, staff and operations. This is a unique opportunity with the premier provider of personal financial services in Hong Kong and a world leading financial institution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement business plans for your assigned branches and oversee their performance
  • Lead and direct sales activities, coach the sales force and achieve sales targets through robust activity management
  • Ensure that top quality service is delivered to your customers
  • Develop staff, create positive staff morale, promote teamwork and actively manage staff performance
  • Live and represent the HSBC brand by being perceptive, progressive, responsive, respectable and fair

Requirements

  • Ideally a university graduate with 5 to 10 years' experience in a banking branch at sales leader or branch manager level
  • Influential leaders with relevant sales and operations management experience in retail will also be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to develop, direct and implement effective business plans
  • Innovative and analytical mindset with excellent commercial acumen
  • A high standard of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
