At HSBC, our Premier team of staff is instrumental in providing personalised service to high net worth customers, and we are now seeking experienced sales managers to join us in the position of Senior Premier Relationship Manager.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and motivate a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve investment and insurance business targets, grow the customer portfolio and build strong professional customer relationships
  • Use appropriate wealth management tools to identify and offer appropriate solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Assist the Division Director in formulating strategies and plans to grow the wealth management business, and lead Premier teams within the Division in implementing these plans
  • Continually review workflows, identify areas for improvement and encourage team members to participate in relationship management improvement initiatives
  • Ensure that your team's sales activities are compliant with regulations and quality standards

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least five years' sales and relationship management experience, ideally in a financial institution
  • Good knowledge of wealth management products including insurance and investments
  • Expertise in customer portfolio management
  • Licensed to sell MPF, insurance and investment products, and passed HKSI and IIQE exams
  • A Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) qualification is essential
  • Excellent selling and presentation skills with strong commercial sense
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Independent, mature and able to motivate others
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
