Established in 1984, EPSCO is a consortium of 22 major banks in Hong Kong. Nominated as its management bank, HSBC is responsible for EPSCO's business operations. EPSCO is a pioneer in e-payment services and has developed numerous services, including EPS and PPS, to facilitate fund transfer among merchants and consumers. We are now seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the sales and marketing team to maximize company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the awareness of EPSCO's various services, as well as corporate image, to the public and encourage wider customer usage through advertising campaigns and joint promotions with merchants and banks
• Expand regional usage of our services and increase merchant sales volume in networks in Macau, Mainland China and neighbouring countries
• Enhance and develop products to strengthen the competitiveness of EPSCO in electronic payment and expedite revenue growth
• Develop staff to improve productivity and lead the team to meet business targets

Requirements

• University graduate with a relevant degree
• Proven sales and marketing expertise with at least eight years' relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of advertising production, joint promotions and sales management
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Strong achievement orientation and management planning ability
• Strong negotiation skill and interpersonal effectiveness with at least five years' team leading experience
• A high standard of written and spoken English, Chinese and ideally Mandarin
