Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions
  • Meet customer financial services needs through identifying opportunities for cross-selling and referral to appropriate colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed F.5 study with some years of working experience, or be a recent graduate with an associate's degree or higher diploma from a tertiary institution
  • Relevant licence to sell insurance products
  • Outgoing, good at dealing with people, and have a friendly, helpful personality
