As the role of training continues to become more strategic, HSBC's Learning and Development Team works to enable staff to acquire the sophisticated competencies need for the Bank to compete in today's rapidly changing market. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Personal Financial Services (PFS) training team as Manager Sales and Relationship Management Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with PFS business partners and understand their business strategies and development plans
• Analyse and identify the training needs of sales leaders and sales in the branch
• Design and deliver sales and relationship management training programmes to target groups
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all training delivered

Requirements

• University degree holder with professional qualifications in wealth management. CFP or equivalent designation is a definite advantage
• A minimum of three years' solid experience in sales and management and/or training delivery
• A strong team player, a commitment to excellence and passionate in developing a career in learning and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Putonghua proficiency is a plus
