As the role of training continues to become more strategic, HSBC's Learning and Development Team works to enable staff to acquire the sophisticated competencies needed for the Bank to compete successfully in today's rapidly changing market. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Learning and Development Asia-Pacific team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit and risk training solutions to corporate and commercial banking departments
  • Examine current training methods, assess training effectiveness and identify training needs
  • Design and develop new credit and risk training programmes and materials to promote successful training initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree holder with a professional qualification in banking and/or finance
  • Possess a minimum of six years' experience in corporate or commercial banking with an expertise in credit and trade services
  • A mature self-starter with good business and numeric sense and a genuine interest in enhancing the competency of individuals
  • Solid understanding of corporate banking, strong project and time management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua proficiency is a plus
