In this role, you will handle customers' general enquiries, identify selling opportunities and offer our products and services to customers over the telephone. You will also answer queries about our product offerings and advertisements, as well as make outbound calls to follow up on marketing letters and brochures.

Flexible Part-time Opportunities

If you are looking for a part-time job to fit around your studies or family commitments, our Phone Banking Centre can offer you the opportunity to work flexible hours. We will accommodate your busy schedule and you can work as few as 40 hours per month. Our phone banking centre is situated near Olympic MTR station and we welcome you to join us.
