As a Customer Service Officer in HSBC's Phone Banking Centre, I help customers over the telephone in their account opening, application for consumer credit services as well as other financial planning needs.
Being More Competitive after Training I used to think selling is a difficult task, and it did not take long before I realized this was a wrong perception. From my trainers and mentors, I learned that selling is a truly professional job - it is about making use of extensive knowledge to fulfill customers' genuine financial needs. This gives me a great sense of satisfaction to be able to offer solutions to help customers address their financial concerns.
