Several years ago I joined HSBC as a Customer Service Officer in the Phone Banking Centre. Closing deals over the telephone made me feel proud and motivated. Now, as a Vice President at the Small to Medium Enterprise Centre leading a team of banking professionals, I truly appreciate the value of the knowledge I earned from my previous experience at the Phone Banking Centre.

All that I Needed to Progress
Financial services is a sophisticated profession, and Phone Banking Centre is the perfect place to take a glimpse of what banking is all about. What is more, it is a great place to sharpen my communication skills - I learned how to talk confidently to anyone, as HSBC's customers are very diverse. With these abilities I also enhanced my selling skills, which is vital for success in not only my current job, but in almost any role I choose to take on in the future.

I am really glad to have been able to start my career in HSBC with the Phone Banking Centre, my experience there equipped me with a solid foundation for my career.
