I joined HSBC as a Customer Service Officer in the Phone Banking Centre a couple of years ago. Being proactive and passionate about my job, I was promoted relatively quickly to my current position of Call Centre Manager. In my current role, I lead a team of Customer Service Officers to provide first-class service to our Premier customers.

Motivated to Inspire Others
When I first started working as a Customer Service Officer, I got a lot of guidance from my managers, who went extra miles in helping me through my transition. I was deeply impressed and realized what difference a good leader can create to his or her team. I was very much inspired to becoming a good team head and I was pleasantly surprised to see myself progressed to a managerial level in just three and a half years' time.

At HSBC's Phone Banking Centre, people are duly rewarded based on meritocracy and there are ample opportunities for growth. I treasure the opportunities I have been given and I aspire to further progression within the Bank.
