Provide high quality, professional service to establish and grow a portfolio of high potential Premier customers and conduct financial planning reviews to identify and meet their financial needs. University degree holder with three years' sales and service experience in the banking industry, having completed at least three modules of the CFP qualification, and a good knowledge of wealth management products. Insurance and investment sales licenses are a must, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English, Cantonese and ideally Mandarin.
Explore business opportunities arising from mid- and mass segment customers, build effective customer relationships and identify their insurance and investment needs. University graduate with two to three years' sales and service experience, preferably in the financial service industry. Good knowledge of wealth management and licensed to sell insurance and investment products. Fluent English, Cantonese and ideally Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactively identify business opportunities to sell integrated financial services, such as PowerVantage and SmartVantage accounts, as well as other general banking products such as mortgages and credit cards, and make referrals to appropriate sales teams. Degree holder with one to two years' sales and service experience, preferably in the financial service industry. Non-degree holders with over five years' relevant experience will also be considered. Good knowledge of personal banking products and sound interpersonal and communication skills are required.
You will help to manage our branch sales and service environment by greeting and welcoming walk-in customers, establishing good customer relationships, handling their enquiries, identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate staff. University graduate with one to two years' customer service experience. Non-degree holders with over three years' relevant customer service experience will also be considered. Cheerful, outgoing and enthusiastic with fluency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin.
Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions. Meet customers' financial services needs by identifying cross-selling and referral opportunities. Fresh graduate with an associate's degree or higher diploma from a tertiary institution OR completed secondary education with one to two years' customer service experience. Outgoing, friendly and good at dealing with people.
