AFS intercultural exchange

For the past 20 years HSBC in Hong Kong has sponsored more than 150 of its employees' children to participate in AFS intercultural exchange programmes in more than 50 countries around the world.

A different culture

The exchange programmes give students the opportunity to experience a different culture, live with a host family, attend a local school and get involved in community initiatives.

AFS is a non-profit, community-based volunteer organisation. It has been supporting exchange students and host families for 60 years, making it the world's leading secondary exchange programme.
