To help protect the health and safety of our employees, the Bank develops special workshops and online training courses to help employees assess and reduce the risks associated with the working environment.
Since 2003, 800 employees have been trained as risk assessors, helping their colleagues set up their workstations properly and maintain correct posture while they work.
