We Care Programme

Since 2002 the Bank has run a wide range of health-awareness events for its employees. Known as the 'We Care' Programme, the aim is to improve the quality of work life within the Bank and inform employees on topics that will benefit their personal well-being.

HSBC in Hong Kong won the 2004/05 Total Caring Award organised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service for its continual, sustainable and strong commitment to promote the well-being of employees, their families and the community.
