The promotional period is from 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010 (unless specified).
Dining offers
Offers are available for dine-in only (not applicable to personal / business parties of 20 persons or more and takeaway, unless specified).
The offers are not available during public holidays and eves, festive days and eves, and other dates specified by the respective merchants (please check with respective merchants for details).
Discount offers are not applicable to set menus (unless specified).
All prices are subject to a 10% service charge plus a charge for tea and condiments (if applicable).
Advanced booking may be required for specific merchants.
Cakes and catering offers
The offers are based on original price.
Maxim's MX Party/Festival Takeaway Menu offer is not applicable at Catering Services and institution outlets, qian shao bai wei (HK International Airport outlet) and Maxim's Express (MTR East Rail Hunghom Station outlet).
Maxim's Cakes/Arome Bakery offers are applicable to all Maxim's Cakes/Arome Bakery shops in Hong Kong only. The offers are not applicable to online ordering.
Maxim's Cakes offers are not applicable to festive cakes and promotional cakes. Arome Bakery offers are not applicable to promotional cakes.
Delivery/collection of food must be made on or before 30 September 2010 to be eligible for the year-round offers (unless specified).
Cancellation or change is not allowed upon receipt of the order. The total amount of the order will be directly debited from the designated credit card account.
Food must be collected on the date specified in the order form, otherwise, it will be forfeited and all amount paid will not be returned.
In the event of typhoon or other circumstances, customers may change the pick-up date of Maxim's Cakes/Maxim's MX Party/Festival Takeaway Menu by contacting the respective outlet at least 36 hours in advance. Otherwise, the order will be forfeited and all amount paid will not be returned.
"Maxim's" and any name, logo or trademark of Maxim's restaurants referred to herein belong to Maxim's Caterers Limited, a company operating in Hong Kong.
