Cancellation or change is not allowed upon receipt of the order. The total amount of the order will be directly debited from the designated credit card amount.
Delivery (for Maxim MX's offer) and cake/food must be collected on the date specified in the order form, otherwise, it will be forfeited and all amount paid will not be returned.
In the event of typhoon or other circumstances, customers may change the pick-up date 36 hours in advance. Otherwise the order will be forfeited and all amount paid will not be returned.

The offers are applicable to all Arome Bakery and Maxim's Cakes shops in Hong Kong only.
