General Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The promotional offers under this campaign are only applicable to Life Insurance Plans, Medical Insurance Plans and Travel Insurance Plans (refer to in Clause 2). The promotional offer is for existing customers whose application must be signed on or before 12 May 2009 ("existing customer") and new customers whose application must be signed during the period from 13 May to 31 July 2009 ("new customer"). The promotional offers only apply to customers whose policy must be inforce when the insured person is confirmed infected by Influenza A H1N1 between 13 May 2009 and 31 December 2009 ("Eligible Policy"). The promotional offers shall at all times be subject to these Terms and Conditions. |
| 2. | "Life Insurance Plans" refer to RetireIncome Annuity Plan, RetireEnrich Protection Plus, WholeLife Protection Plan, Lifetime Protection Plus, Lifestyle Protection Plus, Lifestyle Education Protection Plus, Lifestyle Retirement Protection Plus, Target Protection Plus, Term Protection Plan, LifeSave Protection Plan (Lifetime Medical), Mortgage Protection Plan, Refundable Protection Plan (Major Illness), Term Life Insurance (Refundable Premium), investment-linked life insurance plans and other life insurance plans; "Medical Insurance Plans" refer to FirstCare, HospitalSurance, Refundable HospitalSurance; "Travel Insurance Plans" refer to Single Trip TravelSurance and MultiTrip TravelSurance. | 3. | A customer who has withdrawn/cancelled an application/policy for the same insurance plan within the past six months will not be entitled to the promotional offers. |

Double hospital cash benefit - applicable to new customer holdings an Enligible Policy of Life Insurance Plans or Medical Insurance or Travel Insurance Plans
| 1. | The double hospital cash benefit is, subject to the following terms, equal to additional payment of 100% of the specific benefit items of the following plans up to a maximum of HK$10,000/US$1,250: |
| | (i) | Hospital Cash Benefit Amount under Hospital Cash Benefit attached to Life Insurance Plans; |
| | (ii) | Daily Cash Benefit under HospitalSurance; |
| | (iii) | Daily Hospital Cash Benefit under Refundable HospitalSurance; |
| | (iv) | Cash Benefits under FirstCare - if the insured person as an inpatient in a Hong Kong public hospital; and |
| | (v) | Hospital Cash Benefit under TravelSurance - subject to a maximum of HK$6,000 |
| 2. | The double hospital cash benefit will be payable to the insured person who is confirmed infected by Influenza A H1N1 and hospitalised between13 May 2009 and 31 December 2009. |
| 3. | The double hospital cash benefit is on a per life basis. It will be only payable in respect of the eligible policy which provides the greatest amount of daily hospital cash benefit if the insured person is covered under multiple eligible policies. If the daily hospital cash benefit of each such policy is identical, this double hospital cash benefit will be payable under the eligible policy first issued. |

Double death benefit - applicable to new customer holdings an Eligible Policy of Life Insurance Plans
| 1. | The double death benefit up to HK$200,000/US$25,000 per life will be payable to the beneficiary(ies) if the insured person is confirmed infected by Influenza A H1N1 after the policy issuance and dies on or before 31 December 2009. |
| 2. | The double death benefit of the following plans are subject to the following: |
| | (i) | An additional 100% of sum insured of the basic plan specified in Policy Schedule 1 for Life Insurance Plans except RetireIncome Annuity Plan, RetireEnrich Protection Plus and Refundable Protection Plan (Major Illness) |
| | (ii) | An additional 1% of the premiums paid for the basic plan at the date of death for RetireIncome Annuity Plan / RetireEnrich Protection Plus |
| | (iii) | An additional 100% of the death benefit up to HK$10,000/US$1,250 for Refundable Protection Plan (Major Illness) |
| 3. | The double death benefit is on a per life basis. It will be only payable in respect of the eligible policy which provides the greatest amount of death benefit if the insured person is covered under multiple eligible policies. If the death benefit of each such policy is identical, this double death benefit will be payable under the eligible policy first issued. |

Full refund of premium - applicable to new customer holdings an Eligible Policy of Single Trip TravelSurance
| 1. | Upon cancellation of trip due to travel destination country has reported laboratory confirmed cases of Influenza A H1N1 (refer to regular update from WHO), the policyholder of Single Trip TravelSurance can request for policy cancellation with a full refund of premium paid. |
| 2. | Policy cancellation is not allowed if any claims has been made under the policy. |

| Offer 4: |
Extension of premium payment grace period to 730 days - applicable to new customer or existing customer holdings an Eligible Policy of Life Insurance Plans
| 1. | The 30-day grace period for overdue premium will be extended to 730 days if the policyholder of a Life Insurance Plan except investment-linked life insurance plans is confirmed infected by Influenza A H1N1 between 13 May 2009 and 31 December 2009. |
