Stock Monthly Invvestment PlanHow does it work?

  • Monthly Investment amount is debited from your account on 8th of each month
  • HSBC begins purchasing shares on behalf of all Stocks Monthly Investment Plan customers at the market price at 11am on the 3rd trading day after the debit date
  • The average price for all purchases will be used
  • Any surplus funds over the average price of all purchases will be credited to your account two business days after the transaction date
  • The purchased stocks will be deposited into your investment services or securities account on the 2nd trading day after the transaction date.
