What are Repayment Plans?
At HSBC, we offer a variety of flexible mortgage repayment plans to suit your needs. Own your home sooner and save on interest, or repay less in the earlier years. The choice is up to you!
Options
- Fixed repayment amounts throughout the mortgage loan tenor with a Straight-line Repayment Plan.
- Save on interest expenses by making larger payments in the initial stages of the mortgage loan with a Reducing Balance Repayment Plan.
- Shorten your loan period with a gradual increase in your payment amounts at a fixed step-up rate with a Step-Up Repayment Plan.
- Choice of either monthly or fortnightly repayments with any of the above plans
