From 31Aug 2014, to enhance security, our bank will send SMS to confirm applicable credit card transactions to your mobile number in our record and forward it to your designated mobile number, if you have subscribed the SMS forwarding service provided from your telecom service providers. With effect from 1 July 2014, for security reasons, branches will ONLY accept and process the Standing Instruction (Remittance) for Outward Telegraphic Transfer or Interbank Fund Transfer (CHATS) submitted by personal account holders over the counter in person.
