Smart eyes in detecting a deception case I write to express my gratitude to Shatin Branch Manager Mr Leung and his team and extend my compliment to my Customer Relationship Manager Mrs Hui and Customer Relationship Officer Mrs Tsui for their attentive care and prompt help for customers. Example 1: Since my son would go to the States for further study, I asked Mrs Hui and Mrs Tsui for information on overseas account and financial arrangement. They provided me with detailed and useful information with professional service. Example 2: On 9 Mar, I requested your bank for a certificate of balance for my son's admission application. But the school replied that they would not accept the certificate which didn't show my account balance. Due to urgency, I immediately contacted Mrs Hui for help. Mrs Hui promptly contacted Hong Kong Office, and helped me to get another certificate at Hong Kong Office by noon the next day for sending to the school as soon as possible.

As mentioned above, I deeply believe that they always provide customer-oriented & sincere service. Nowadays competition in the banking business is fierce and I congratulate your bank for having such outstanding staff. Hope the Branch Manager Mr Leung can pass my appreciation to them and recognize their outstanding performance. I am also willing to recommend your team as the excellent service team in your bank.
