Answer: This competition offers you an excellent opportunity to practise your financial planning skills, apply common sense and develop problem-solving and analytical skills. You will also acquire practical knowledge through a series of training programmes hosted by HSBC and HKIEd. You may also be able to meet some of the most successful and influential people in the business world.
Answer: All full-time students (Forms 4 to 6) from local secondary schools are eligible to enter the competition. Students have to form a team of two to four people. The team members must be from the same school and each school must provide a teacher-in-charge.
Answer: There is no entry fee. However, all competitors will have to cover their own expenses in preparing for the competition.
Answer: Nomination is not required but competitors must submit their registration through their teacher-in-charge.

Answer: Yes, as long as the team still consists of more than one member the team is still eligible to compete. If the team wishes to replace the missing team member, a written request demonstrating sound reasons and justification must be submitted to the Organising Committee of the Competition. Replacement of a team member will require the Organising Committee's written consent.

Answer: No, it is not compulsory for you to attend the training workshops and you will not be disqualified for not attending any of them. However, you will miss out on learning the basic requirements for the competition: financial planning knowledge, rules and regulations, judging criteria, useful tips and presentation techniques. It is recommended that at least one team member should always be present.
Answer: Unless the whole team withdraws, other team members are allowed to continue with the competition. If the team wishes to replace a team member with another student, a written request with sound reasons and justification must be submitted to the Organising Committee. Replacing a team member will require written consent from the Organising Committee.
