Direct Debit Authorisation


Notify an addition or change to a direct debit authorisation for your MPF scheme or a particular pay centre, and authorise deduction of MPF contributions from your bank account. These two forms must be submitted together.

Paying your contributions through direct debit saves you time in writing and checking the payee and total amount for each payment.

Please note that about two weeks' processing time is required to set up a direct debit authorisation for a bank account with HSBC or Hang Seng Bank, or about a month for other bank accounts.

Rebalance of Existing Portfolio Form
Change the investment allocation of both existing account balance and any future contributions or amounts transferred into your account. We will redeem the necessary units to rebalance the portfolio of your existing account balance.

For SimpleChoice
Your portfolio rebalance can be performed only once per calendar year. Subsequent requests will be rejected.

Contribution Redirection Form
Change the investment allocation of any future contributions or amounts transferred into your account. The investment allocation of your existing account balance will remain unchanged.

  • a former employee's last employment was terminated prior to becoming totally incapacitated and he/she is unable to obtain a letter from his/her last employer certifying that his/her particular kind of work has been terminated, or
  • an employee has been unemployed for more than seven years.
