How to transfer
Simply complete the relevant forms to enable us to set up a scheme for you and ask your existing MPF service provider to send us your accrued benefits.
Important Notes
- Once you become a scheme member, it is important to let us know if your personal details change so you don't miss any important communications or annual statements. To update your address and contact numbers, just complete and send us a Personal Details Change Form (IN91).
- Please attach copies of the latest annual benefit statement issued by your existing MPF service provider(s) and your identification document when submitting your transfer request in order for us to pass it to the transferor trustee when it is so required for verification purpose. It may facilitate the verification process to be done by the transferor trustee.
