Terms and conditions of e-voucher:
1.	This e-voucher (the "Travel Voucher") is valid till January 15, 2010 and is issued by ZUJI Limited ("ZUJI"). No extension of the Travel Voucher is allowed.
2.	This Travel Voucher is valid for air ticket/hotel/package booking redemptions.
3.	This Travel Voucher must be used on the website (the "ZUJI Website") for online purchases only.
4.	The value of this Travel Voucher is HKD250.
5.	Residual values on Travel Vouchers may not be used on subsequent bookings. Any unutilized value in the Travel Voucher will be forfeited, and non-refundable.
6.	Only one Travel Voucher may be used in each booking. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple Travel Vouchers may not be used in one booking transaction.
7.	ZUJI may invalidate your booking in the event that any terms and conditions set out in sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 herein are not met. You or your Authorized Transferee shall be liable for (a) any losses suffered by ZUJI, including differences in price(s); and (b) a ZUJI administrative fee of HKD250.
8.	The Travel Voucher may be utilized for personal usage or transferred to any party you choose to appoint (the "Authorized Transferee"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree not to sell, resell or exploit the Travel Voucher for any commercial purpose.
9.	Each Travel Voucher will come with a code, which has to be entered by you, or your Authorized Transferee, on the above stated website for redemption. The responsibility for keeping the code confidential lies with you, or your Authorized Transferee. ZUJI takes no responsibility for any loss, damage and/or suffering which you or your Authorized Transferee may incur for any misuse or unauthorized usage of the Travel Voucher.
10.	ZUJI is not responsible to the recipient of the Travel Voucher or any other party for compensation as a result of the Travel Voucher being transferred, stolen or misappropriated.
11.	Under no circumstances can any portion of this Travel Voucher be converted into cash whether by way of re-fund or otherwise. If you have obtained a Travel Voucher but do not wish to use it, ZUJI will not refund the whole or any part of the value of the Travel Voucher.
12.	ZUJI will not make any refund for the value (or part thereof) of any Travel Vouchers used in bookings which are subsequently cancelled.
13.	These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other conditions upon which this Travel Voucher may be issued. All transactions are also governed by the user agreement and privacy policy found on the ZUJI website(s) on which this Travel Voucher may be used.
14.	The Traveller/Voucher Holder undertakes to pay for the difference between the purchase price for the product/service and the value of the Travel Voucher. The Traveller/Voucher Holder agrees that any value in the Travel Voucher not utilized in one single booking transaction will be forfeited by the expiry date.
15.	ZUJI reserves the right to make changes or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
16.	ZUJI makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Travel Vouchers, including without limitation any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Travel Voucher is not functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, if any, shall be the replacement of the non-functioning Travel Voucher.
17.	These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Hong Kong, SAR.
18.	The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC") accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by ZUJI.
19.	In case of any disputes, the decision of HSBC and ZUJI shall be final.
20.	In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
