- Your choice in the Marketing Preferences applies to the direct marketing of the classes of products, services and/or subjects as set out in our "Notice Relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance". - Your choice in the Marketing Preferences is for personal accounts only. Customer who wishes to indicate whether or not to receive direct marketing contact or information from Commercial Banking, Private Banking or other business lines, please contact us for separate arrangement.
- Your setup in the Marketing Preferences is not applicable to eAlerts service. You may unsubscribe from the eAlerts service via HSBC Internet Banking or fill in the eAlerts Service Enrolment/Maintenance Form.
- By completing the Marketing Preferences setup, you will be considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
