4. Please approach Branch to change the signature if the one on the back of the lost card is same as bank record.
If you have already arranged for a replacement card, please pay attention to the following:
The new ATM card number and the ATM PIN are the same with the old card. It is recommended to change a new ATM PIN once you receive the new ATM card.
