General Terms and Conditions
1.Designated services ("Services") are applicable exclusively to HSBC Premier customers ("Premier customers") of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the "Bank") in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only. Please check with the respective service providers ("Partners") for details.
2.The Services are only available via the dedicated hotline. Please check with the respective Partners for details.
3.The value of the Services cannot be exchanged for cash, other products and services or discounts and are not transferable.
4.The Premier customers may be asked to present proof of their HSBC Premier identity at the request of the respective Partners prior to enjoying the Services. Please check details with the respective Partners.
5.The Services shall be terminated immediately upon termination of the operation of the dedicated hotline.
6.The Services are subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Partners. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these General Terms and Conditions and the additional terms and conditions, the latter shall apply and prevail. Please check with the respective Partners for details.
7.Prices and product/service/offer descriptions are provided by relevant Partners and are for reference only. Premier customers understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of such products/services/offers purchased / provided and Premier customers should refer to the respective Partners for details. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of products/services provided by the Partners.
8.No person other than the Premier customer and the Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
9.The Bank and the respective Partners may terminate or change the offers at any time. These terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Partners are also subject to change. The Premier Customer should check the latest details of the offers and related terms and conditions which are made available on our website as soon as practicable. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and/or the respective Partners shall be final and conclusive.
10.These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
11.These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12.In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of this document and these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Knight Frank
1.The dedicated hotline is only applicable to Premier Customers.
2.The dedicated hotline operates from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, except Hong Kong public holidays.
3.Materials (including but not limited to research reports, market updates etc.) issued and information provided by Knight Frank in the course of providing their services are not prepared by the Bank, and the Bank gives no guarantee, representation or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the materials. The Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage or other consequences of any kind incurred or suffered as a result of, arising from or relating to the use of or reliance on these materials. Please check with the Partner directly if Premier customers have any questions regarding the contents of these materials. Premier customers should not use or rely on these materials in making any investment decision. Premier customers should consult professional advisors where necessary prior to making any investment decisions. Premier customers shall not reproduce or further distribute the contents of these materials to any person or entity, whether in whole or in part, for any purpose.
