We’ll insure you against accidental loss or damage to household contents and valuables up to HKD1.2 million, depending on the plan you choose. We have a ‘new for old’ policy, so you get brand new replacements for your household contents with no deductions for depreciation.
Personal liability insurance
Depending on your chosen plan, we also cover you, your family members, and your domestic helpers for up to HKD10 million if negligence results in accidental injury to a third party or damage to third party property.
Worldwide All-risks cover
Your personal belongings are covered up to HKD20,000 (HKD10,000 maximum per item) when you take them outside the home – even if you travel abroad. And you have the option to boost your cover for when you take your belongings outside Hong Kong.

Express Claims Approval Service
Any qualified case for claim amount below HK$5,000 will be processed by AXA immediately and claims payment will be approved by them within 2 working days upon receipt of all required documents as may be required by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (AXA). Should further information be required, AXA will send a follow up letter to the claimant within 5 working days.
Fire Insurance covers your home's structure, fixings and fittings, against hazards of such as fire, typhoons and floods, and provides you with the financial resources to replace what you have lost so that you can get back to normal as soon as possible.
