Are you eligible?

  • The Fixed Rate Mortgage Plan is applicable only to private domestic primary and secondary market sale and purchase transactions, refinancing and equity loans[@mortgage-fixed-rate-eligibility].
  • Customers who maintain an HSBC account with a loan amount from HKD1,000,000 to HKD20,000,000 are eligible for the Fixed Rate Mortgage Plan.
  • This plan is open for application from 25 August to 31 December 2025, and the loan drawdown must take place on or before 30 Apr 2026.
