Third Party Legal Liability from a car accident
Covers your legal liability arising out of an accident caused by or in connection with your car for up to HKD100 million in the case of death or bodily injury to another person, or up to HKD2 million in the case of loss of or damage to property of other people.
With Comprehensive Cover, as well as third party liability protection you will also receive cover for:
Accidental loss of or damage to your car
We will cover the loss of or damage to your car sustained from a car accident.
We will pay the insured driver and your passenger medical expenses up to HKD6,000 for bodily injury from a car accident.
'New for old' car replacement
Replace your car, which is stolen or suffers total loss in an accident, with a car of the same make and model without deducting any depreciation as long as:
Provides you quality workmanship on your car as well as services by a group of selected professional repairer partners whilst it is being repaired to minimize any inconvenience caused to you.
Personal Accident to the Named Driver
We'll pay up to HKD200,000 to the named driver who suffered a car accident when driving your car within 3 calendar months of the accident.
24-hour Emergency Service (Assistance Hotline)
You will have access to a 24-hour hotline that can provide emergency roadside assistance and towing services, as well as claim advisory and traffic regulation services.
No Claim Discount (NCD) Protection
Protect your NCD remains unchanged if the total claims in aggregate do not exceed HKD60,000 or 30% of reasonable market value (whichever is lesser) upon next renewal period.
Windscreen repair or replacement
We will cover the repair or replacement of damaged windscreen up to HKD5,000 without deduction in your NCD provided there is no other damage to your car.
