Step 3: Overseas mortgage applications:

  • Our International Banking Centre (IBC) in Hong Kong can connect you to HSBC group entities in other countries. We can provide you with information such as overseas mortgage application criteria and application procedures for customers in Hong Kong, and assist you in making applications for overseas mortgages4
  • The International Mortgage Desk also provides end-to-end support and assistance to HSBC Premier customers through a team of dedicated mortgage specialists who will follow up on mortgage applications in selected countries5
