It's now even easier to manage your policy! Our new Insurance Dashboard gives you 24/7 access to your in-force policy details on the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app, so you can check your:
- policy details
- benefits and coverage
- premium payment details
Don't forget you can make the following amendments by logging on to Personal Internet Banking on your desktop and selecting 'My insurance' to:
- update your contact details
- change payment instructions
- change premium allocation of investment-linked policies
- withdraw part of your policy value
