It's now even easier to manage your policy! Our new Insurance Dashboard gives you 24/7 access to your in-force policy details on the HSBC HK Mobile Banking app, so you can check your:

  • policy details
  • benefits and coverage
  • premium payment details

Don't forget you can make the following amendments by logging on to Personal Internet Banking on your desktop and selecting 'My insurance' to:

  • update your contact details
  • change payment instructions
  • change premium allocation of investment-linked policies
  • withdraw part of your policy value
