• You need to notify us within 30 days of the change. Please complete a Change of employer details (IN05) form (PDF) and provide a copy of any or all of the following documents:
• a valid Business Registration Certificate
• Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name
• other relevant registration documents

You need to inform us if there's a change in contact details for your company—such as address, telephone or fax number—within 30 days of the change. Please complete a Change of employer details (IN05) form (PDF) and submit it to us.

Please complete an Authorised signatures speciment (INY1) form (PDF) and submit it to us.

If you need to change the contact person for future correspondence as well, please also fill in and submit a Change of employer details (IN05) form (PDF).

MPF legislation requires all employers to pay the mandatory contributions in full, on or before the contribution day.

If you fail to do so and fail to submit a completed remittance statement by the contribution day, we're required by law to report the outstanding contributions or late payment to the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA). A contribution surcharge will then be imposed and you may also be liable to a financial penalty or prosecution. Please make sure you pay the mandatory contributions in full and on time to avoid such penalties

If you're sending us your completed remittance statement and payment by mail, please ensure you allow sufficient mailing time so we'll receive them on time.

The cut-off time is generally 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

If you submit a remittance statement before this cut-off time, you can submit the contribution payment on the same day by setting the current date as the 'Earliest direct debit date'. Otherwise, you will only be able to submit the contribution payment by setting the next business day or a future business day as the  'Earliest direct debit date'.

Please note that if you submit the remittance statement between 5:00pm and 11:59pm on the contribution day, and set the next business day as the  'Earliest direct debit date', we'll still regard the remittance statement as submitted on the contribution day.
